*Timeline/Pull Point: Season 2 episode 17 'Out of the past', specifically he's taken just after Ratchet takes him to the med bay to rest after his rehab with Miko.
*History: His TFWiki page
*Personality: In Team Prime, Bulkhead brings the muscle, more than he does the brains. In fact he's known more for breaking things, than he is for fixing them. But what he lacks in brains he more than makes up for it with his strength. This can make Bulkhead come off as intimidating at first glance. During battle, Bulkhead can be a fierce fighter. He doesn't hold back when it comes to taking out an enemy, especially when it's a Decepticon. He'll do anything to win a fight, particularly when it comes to protecting team members or keeping Decepticon claws off of things that they shouldn’t have. He's fiercely loyal and protective of those he cares about, and considers his family.
The fighter is only one side of Bulkhead, though. There's the side not many outside of the team get to see. Deep down he's really just a gentle giant. While he doesn't have a high tolerance for jerks and bullies, he can often be swayed into eventually helping them out of the situation they've gotten into; he'll even help Decepticons if some other enemy got them into trouble. He has a gentle soul, and has a fear of hurting those that are smaller, weaker, and more fragile than him. However, since he's met Miko, this has changed some, as the girl keeps persuading him to do things with her that he normally wouldn't. She's even gotten him into enjoying hard rock music, monster trucks and off-roading.
However, like so many others, his near-death experience has changed him. Between a severe exposure to Tox-En and being blasted in the back by Hardshell, Bulkhead nearly joined the allspark and he's well aware he was lucky to survive. But he's too stubborn to not wake up, to not survive. He also knows that the team can't afford to be down a fighter. He feels weak and useless, and it doesn't help that he has to sit and watch the other team members go out to fight, often coming back injured. He has a determination to make himself better, in part helped along by Miko. While he often accepts help from the others, especially Ratchet, or complains about how hard the rehab is, his pride and stubbornness makes him do it on his own until he just can't anymore. As his strength continues to return (slow as it is), his determination to get back out and help grows stronger.
*Powers/Abilities:
Transformer : Like all Cybertronians, Bulkhead can transform into two forms: Robot and vehicle mode. His robot form contains his weapons: he's equipped with blasters, and his hands can transform into mace-like spheres that he can use to crush opponents. His vehicle is of an all-terrain truck(Reference Picture). Unlike his robot mode, his alt-mode doesn’t have any weapons.
Strength/Durability : Before the encounter with Hardshell, he was very strong - to the point that he could hold up the ceiling of a collapsed mine with almost no effort. He could throw enemies quite a distance too. His armor and size makes him pretty durable over all in both forms: whether jumping off of buildings or bridges, or ramming into an enemy at full speed. Now he's significantly weaker, to the point of sometimes being only barely able to move.
Injuries : While the surgery Ratchet did brought him back, he's not nearly as mobile as he was. His reaction time is slower. He walks much slower, and tires out more easily, often leaning on a wall or other solid objects for support. He favors his right side, and it's especially notable that his right leg is weak, in the fact that he more drags it than actually steps with it.

*First Person Sample: [The audio clicks on. There are a few moments of silence before he speaks up.]
This is Bulkhead, checking in. [If robots could sound out of breath, he certainly would. He also sounds a little tired.]
Some guy in a robe already filled me in on what's going on. Heh kind of strange to be back on Cybertron. [There's a slight sound of metal scraping against something solid. Then there's the thud of him sitting down finally.]
Ratchet, Optimus? Arcee, Bumblebee? If you guys are here, I need...an assist.
*Third Person Sample : The last thing he remembers was being in the medical bay, after Miko tried to get him to walk more. He vaguely remembers her leaving too. He's doing the best that he could, and getting better with her help.
So to wake up in this intricately detailed hall was quite the shock. He groans as he pushes himself up into a sitting position slowly and looks around at his surroundings. This isn't the base, and certainly not the Decepticon warship. Though why he would be there he isn’t sure. A voice catches his attention and he turns, only to blink at the robed figure standing there who was calling himself an Acolyte. All he hears is apologies and information, important information. He's back on Cybertron. A…young Cybertron. Not one with a war going on, not a dead world post war. And there are others here too.
Once he finishes, the Acolyte said he would show him to his room. Bulk pushes himself to his feet, the motion a struggle but with a clear intent to follow. The trip takes a while however, with stops for his sake. Eventually, he gets help from the Acolyte and it goes faster. But by the time he gets to the room he's worn out. With an apology, the Acolyte leaves him on his own. He slowly makes his way into the room, all but falling on the bed. He leans against the wall behind him with a groan.
First he'll rest. Then he'll use that link thing to see if any of the team is here.
